Scott is focused on helping clients determine the most practical and efficient path forward to resolve critical disputes.
His experience includes representing public companies, national banks, and other business entities in disputes arising under various federal and state laws, including challenges to mortgage foreclosure practices, unfair trade practices claims, and breach of contract claims. Scott also has experience assisting clients in government and regulatory enforcement actions. Scott maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Conn Kavanaugh, Scott was a litigation attorney at an international law firm, where he focused primarily on commercial litigation disputes and government enforcement matters.
Scott lives on the North Shore with his wife and two daughters. Outside the office, he enjoys playing in his weekly trivia league, running marathons, and rooting for the Mets.
