There Mike served on a panel discussing “Current Ethics Challenges and Best Practices Featuring Law Firm Managing Partners and General Counsel.” This was a session Mike helped to create and pitch to the IADC. He said, “I was pleased to see it come to fruition.”
Marie attended the session and added “The discussion covered key topics such as developing policies on material limitations in conflicts of interest, AI, and potential client disputes. It also covered who to talk to when issuing a subpoena to a firm client.”
Mike serves as Conn Kavanaugh’s General Counsel. In addition, a significant part of his practice is counseling attorneys and other professionals on ethics issues and defending them in malpractice actions and disciplinary proceedings.
