Managing Partner of the firm, Erin handles insurance coverage and litigation matters. She also focuses on protecting the careers and reputations of lawyers and other professionals both with ethics guidance and with representation in disciplinary matters.
James serves as chair of the firm’s trial department, construction, and mediation/arbitration groups. He has been a trial lawyer for most of his career and has since expanded his practice to include mediation/arbitration, business disputes, and any tort or professional liability matter.
