Erin, along with another defense lawyer and two industry professionals, will present on getting ready for trial in a professional liability case in the following session: “Preparing Yourself & Your Carrier for Trial in a PL Case: Pre-Trial Reports, Pre-Trial Filings, and Getting Yourself Organized.”
The panelists will present the creative use of pre-trial filings to narrow the issues at trial and exclude irrelevant and prejudicial material. They will also share tips on getting organized for trial, including proof checklists, witness preparation, thoughts about voir dire, and jury instructions.
