Since entering private practice, Glen has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal court concerning commercial and business disputes, the litigation of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, employment discrimination and harassment matters, and attorney discipline and professional malpractice cases.
Glen also maintains an active criminal defense practice rooted in his experience as a former assistant district attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in both Berkshire and Suffolk counties, where he tried more than a dozen cases to verdict before a jury and nearly twice that number before a single judge. Glen represents individuals in white-collar government investigations on both the state and federal level, as well as those facing criminal charges in state District and Superior court, and young men and women in the collegiate setting confronting Title IX investigations and school discipline. Following the successful dismissal of state criminal matters, Glen routinely works with clients to get their charges sealed.
